After playing in the top flight for over 9 years, I am now very passionate about bringing the knowledge that I have gained in rugby to schools, clubs and individuals.

I believe that rugby has developed me as an individual physically and socially and I would like to help like-minded people achieve their highest potential in the game.

Andy has played for Moseley under me for 2 years. Throughout those two years he has always taken his fitness very seriously, and is now one of the fittest members of the squad. He captains the side on a regular basis and will always contribute heavily within team meetings with thoughts on how we can improve our game and continually move the team forward.

Andy is one of our senior players and as well as being a calming influence on the pitch, he is always happy to help and advise the younger members of the squad during the training week.

Kevin Maggs
Ireland and Lions centre and current Moseley RFC coach

Andy originally came to Moseley on loan from Bristol RFC. In his first spell on loan he played an integral part of helping us secure promotion to national 1, and during the second he helped us through a difficult time at the end of the season to secure our status in this league.

The season after I signed Andy to Moseley on a permanent basis and he played under me for 3 seasons, contributing to Moseley's survival in the championship, and the winning of the EDF trophy at Twickenham, a huge day in the history of Moseley RFC.

Andy always takes his fitness and rugby very seriously and he developed into a senior player during the years with me. Andy would always be happy to contribute in meetings and training sessions to improve the team, and the young players around him. He also captained the side during very important and high pressure playoff games.

Ian Smith
ex Scotland International, ex Newport and Moseley Coach and current coach of Georgia U20's
